What can you do? I'm cooking anyway. Here are the first set of pic.s. I'll post some at the finish.

I fired up the rig at about 2PM It was raining at the time.

Made some beans and ATBs also.

Ribs: 8 racks louies $ 3.99 lb. YIKES

Beans: I think I got the recipe here...

1 7lb 2 oz can of pork n beans
1 onion chopped
2 green peppers chopped
7 japalenos chopped ( I leave the seeds in HAHAHA)
1 cup Stubbs Spicy BBQ sauce
1/4 cup molasas
2/3 cup brown sugar
3 tbs BBQ rub
5 thick pc bacon
2 oz. Jack Daniels

fry bacon till almost crisp leave grease in pan, saute peppers, onion
rinse beans add to pan with other ingredients.

I place the beans under the ribs while they cook.

The ATB filling is cream cheese, chopped onion, and cajon spices.

More to come...
