I made some ribs for the PSU-OSU game, hoping for a Nittany Lion victory. I haven’t posted anything since the new site, so I thought, why not?

The ribs were on clearance and I seasoned them with Cowboy rub. Put them on the WSM with hickory chunks. As I’ve been doing the last several times, I took them up to 195 before putting them on my gas grill real low to add Sweet Baby Ray’s. About 10 minutes later, they were ready to eat. Only part of a rack in my pictures as kickoff was literally a minute or two away, and I pulled each half off during commercials.

My wife made some broccoli salad to go with and we were off and running. My son and I put a serious dent in them before halftime. The end of the game was painful, but a least the ribs were good.

Looks Real Tasty, CR !!
Nice Job.

Maybe we can get to the Playoffs this year, since OSU beat us, and OSU can go to the Rose Bowl.
