Ribs for the Denver Broncos game tonight!

I'm doing 3 Spare rib racks and sausage. I'm using my backwoods party smoker at 250 degrees with hickory wood.

Looks like a great start. Just did three myself yesterday when my daughter, son-n-law, and his dad stopped by. Nervous cook for me as they're from Atlanta love smoked ribs, and I'm from the North East just getting used to my new wsm. Keep us posted.
