Ribs, beer and football! Qview

I am very new to to smoking meat and I am loving it. I bought a cheap smoker to start and I wish I bought something a little better. I have the masterbuilt elite 30 for 149.00. I will start making necessary mods to make it work/smoke better.

Here is the start: rack of baby backs and a rad of St. Louis with a nice local beer!

Can't go wrong with a growler of beer and some ribs while watching football. Add a few smoked wings and some ABT's and you'd have everything a man could want!

Had some friends over to taste test and they loved it. I feel as thought I'm missing something. My third time with the smoker and I'm pleased but not blown away. I don't mind practicing. :-)
