Split rack of pork ribs, using a basic dry rub recipe that I found online recently. Spicy/sweet but doesn't overpower the smoke.



And in we go!


Tried to get a smoke shot after closing up but, my camera just wouldn't capture it.  Oh, and smoking with apple wood chips :-)

Those look very nice indeed.

Smoking ribs with apple as well today. They are about at the 4 hr mark. Check on them in anoter 30 min and add sauce.
 
You're not the only one those would make drool!

Maybe could have been in just a little longer but, when the boss says she's ready for dinner I'm not going to argue. ;-)
