I used the 3-2-1 method and I brushed on my Bbq sauce the last 30 minutes. When I removed them from the rack, some of the bones were falling out. I have enough for our supper today, our lunch tomorrow and will be giving some to my brother to enjoy. Here are the pics!

Love 3-2-1 ribs. I found you can also add a little sauce on them when they are then wrapped in Aluminum foil. No flare ups. Really steams into the meat.
 
MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM RIBs gotta love them..nothing like a good saucing from ear to ear and up to the elbows
