ribs and dutch's beans on my homemade smoker

Hi all hope everyone is having a great sunday, just wanted to show off my ribs cooked on my homemade SFB smoker built from a old grill cooked with only wood they turned out great i don't think if i have the time i will cook on anything else though i do use my vertical gasser for long cooks.

Thats the ribs just before coming off the smoker and dutch's baked beans which are wonderfull (thanks so much dutch for the recipe) and here is the awesome smokering on the ribs

I loved cooking with wood today i also have a gasser i use and a electric that i guess is retired now. I cooked using only wood today started with charcoal to help get the wood going and switched over right of the start it was very easy to maintain temps and the flavor is way better thanks for looking.

Thanks red, i was kind of wondering hot this smoker of mine was going to do using all wood but it worked great and the ribs were awesome

Thanks smoker thats for sure on the feast there is always a lot of great looking food on this site theres always too many things to try its sure gonna make a fat man out of me. Anything cooked outside on the smoker or the grill is one of my weaknesses
