Not much special here other than yumminess.

The ribs are St.Louis with spog/brownsugar for rub and the beans are nothing more than canned kidneys,pintos,black and navy beans in tomato sauce and a little brown sugar and garlic done in the Instapot.

Did the ribs in the MES with char/hickory and pecan shell dust for smoke.250℉ for about 5 hours and then sauced with Melindas Japanese BBQ sauce and finished on the grill to set.

Wish I had used my head and grabbed several packs as they were $2.99/lb which in these parts is a true bargain.
 
Fixing to throw a rack in the smoker today! Your ribs looks fantastic.
 
That all looks great, but throw some ham or smoked sausage in that pot of beans and that would be a meal all by itself...

Usually we'd throw in some chourico but had none in the house.
