Well I'm back at it again fired the smoker up and have the ribs on
The victims

And on they go tight fit I need a 4th rack



I pulled the membrane but didn't St Louis style these just put em on after rubbing yesterday and a night in the fridge
 
So far so good!! Let me know when it's time to eat!!!

lookin good piney, nice bunch a ribs!!!! looks great. do you use a sauce at all on the side??
