Tonight I made some sandwiches. Ribeyes that is.

Got some shaved ribeye.
And sauted a mess of mushrooms and onions.

Then piled on some provolone and built them.

And with this pasta salad. I'm stuffed. The sandwiches were fantastic. I only ate one. They were very filling.

Looks great Steve!! I’ve been buying some kinda shaved beef at Kroger. Just fry it up in a pan with peppers onions and hit it with cheese and dive in! Yours looks awesome.

Damn Steve! You sure ate good! Gotta love that overflowing ribeye sammie.
Thanks xray! I kind of over did the amounts! But there will be left over mushrooms for tonights meal!

Thanks Bear! Most times we use steak rolls too. But the boss didn't care for the ones at Walmart.
So I did them on toast. That is how I make the steak, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwiches too. On
toast.

Thanks Ryan! I slept good!

Those look amazing! Good job, I'm not a big fan of mushrooms but those look so good I would have to make exception!
Thank you!

Awesome . Love the toast . Nice job Steve .
Thanks Chop! Yeah, the toast was different. But the steak rolls didn't look that good.

Nice looking sandwich, Steve. Usually I do the same with leftovers from my NY or Ribeye stakes using either provolone or jack cheese an love them!
Thanks! Most times we just use the frozen "Steak-ums" for sandwiches. Especially for breakfast sandwiches. But those ribeyes looked to good to pass up. 20.00 for 1.5 pounds though...!

looks like ya had a tasty sammie Steve, when I saw the pic of the two sammies I was thinking if he can eat the two of those he's a better man then me, then I scrolled down and saw you only put one down. I do like my steak and cheese on toast also.

Dang steve thats a fine looking sammy! I love the mushrooms with mine too. Ive done the toast thing a few times when I cant find the right roll for what I'm doing. And sometimes things just sound really good on some toasted white bread.
