Ribeye Kabobs (ZigZag Skewers)

Alright, I had to try out my new toys. “ZigZag Skewers”

I originally bought a set of these things for Bear Jr for about $16. (Set of 4)
Then I saw they were marked down to about $12, so Mrs Bear said to get us a set too.

So I sliced a Ribeye into strips about 5/4” wide, and then cut them into about the same size the other way.
Then I put them all in a Ziplock, and added some “Kelchner’s Pineapple Teriyaki” marinade.
After a few hours in the fridge, squishing them a couple times, it was time for Supper.

So I stuck those pieces on the little prongs, along with a bunch of Small Tomatoes.
I didn’t alternate, because I wanted to make sure I got all the meat on the skewers first.
Then I filled in with the Tomatoes, until all the prongs were occupied.

Then onto the Grill they went, brushing a little more of the Marinade on the meat during the first few flips.
When the surface of the Meat squares were to my liking, I removed & brought everything inside.
Then after pulling all the Meat & Maters off the skewers, I put it all on a plate.
Then We each plated the Meat we wanted, and added some Roasted Taters & some Grilled Maters too.

Everything Tasted Fantastic!! & Mrs Bear agreed!!

As for the ZigZag Skewers—They work Great, as long as nothing sticks fast to the Grill.
I didn't have that problem, but they could be hard to unstick from the Grill without pulling the pieces off the prongs.
They definitely worked Great for us, because We can get a whole meal like this, all on the set of 3 Skewers.

Then the next Morning I put some shredded Mozzarella on the leftover Taters & Nuked them for a minute.
Then Made a couple over easy Eggs & heated up the leftover Meat Cubes—&—Plated it All.

Thanks for stopping By Again,

Bear

Looks great . Another one you could load it all on a bun . I like the skewers too .
Nice work .

Those ribeye kabobs look pretty tasty Bear.

Never saw those kind of skewers but they look pretty cool! Sometimes the regular ones can be hard to turn, especially with round items like mushrooms and tomatoes.

I’ll have to check then out.

Wow that looks good Bear!! I'm very impressed with those skewers and can't thank you enough for highlighting them. I see a couple sets of those in my future...my very immediate future. Big like sir!!

Thank You !!
I always had trouble with the food turning on the skewer, even on square skewers.
And Thanks for the Like.
