Just a ribeye and some baby potatoes.

Had the steak cut 1 1/2" thick at the commissary.

Done on the Weber with Kingsford charcoal.

Put me down for a piece of that steak and a couple of those potatoes for sure!! Cooked, or rather undercooked, to perfection...
