Rib Trimmings Ideas?

I was just wondering what you all do with your rib trimmings? I just smoked a rack last weekend and actually forgot to throw them on the smoker. I thought about putting them in a slow cooker but I think it would be a mess with the small bones and cartilage.
 
i Usually put them in a small aluminum pan and add a little juice to them and cook them at same time as the other ribs.. But if i forget then ill actually take the ribs and either freeze them and save em or actually cook them in the oven or throw the meat into some baked bbq beans. just a few things that i do.
 
I use the sv or crock pot with the trimmings from spare ribs. Then I vacuseal them in individual packages and thaw them when I smoke baked beans.

That's exactly what I did, they came out like candy, & really enhanced the beans
 
E's Smokin .... to me its the best way to do it when i do trim them. sometimes i dont just depends on my mood lol
