Fired up the old Barrel grill again today and cooked a 2 year old Rib Roast. Pretty tasty.

Looks great. Never seen a lawn mower blade as part of the grill cleaning kit :-)

Works great to move coals around after dumping.

This was one of my best rib roast. Real nice smoke flavor and incredibly tender. It ran about 350 the whole time and used hickory. My poor Webers been getting a break here lately. I just love this grill. I have a new one stashed in the shop. They usually sell for $90 Memorial week but not this year. I have given several away as gifts over the years.
