Rib roast trimmings

Thanks to all who showed me what can be done with the leftover ribs. I got a 14ish lb rib roast from the Publix sale and cut it into steaks. That left me with a nice pile of bones. I rubbed them and into the mes30 they went. I couldn't resist adding in some poor mans burnt ends. Everyone enjoyed them! I just threw in the hash pic because...hash

My kids love it!
