Yes or no?  What are the pluses and minuses?  Give me some input.  I'm thinking of getting some if they are worth it.
 
I use them in my primo xl, if I'm cooking more then 4 racks. I can get 7 racks with the holder I have. That's the only advantage that I see. They are a pain in the butt if you foil the ribs, they tend to scrape off the rub when taking them in and out of the rack and it's one more thing to wash. So, the bottom line is that I only use them when I really have to.
 
I always use them and love them.  I have the really thick ones with a none stick coating that holds up to 6 racks.  Very heavy duty and they clean up in a breeze.  

I have done as many as 18 racks in my WSM 18 with a stacker.  Not sure why anyone would not want to use em unless you only had 1-2 racks
