Can't pass up 4.99 per lb for Rib Eye steak :)  Decided to try a new and simple marinade after I got my steak from the Stater Bros meat counter. It came out amazing! Every piece was so tender and juicy, and the marinade gave it a great taste.  Just microwaved a few Hawaiian rolls and had those along with it.

Ingredients: Lea & Perrin "Cracked Peppercorn" marinade / Montreal Steak Seasoning

Grill: 22' Weber Grill w/ Kingsford Charcoal & Jack Daniels Whiskey Barrel wood chips

Perfect for the lazy griller lol

Chips on fire n ready to grill

15 minutes on the grill, time to flip

30 Minutes on the grill and pulled at 138

Perfectly Medium Throughout

A tad over for my taste, but very nice looking cook and great score on the rib-eye.
I was going to reply that they looked really good even though they were a bit burnt but thought I'd be nice today.

(Just teasing BTW.  I have a family member that likes her steak taken to about 160F.  I honestly don't know how she eats them but she does.  To each whatever suits their palate I say.)

Jeez, 160?! Thats just wrong lol. I know many people go for the Rare, but yea my preference is hitting that 135-140 Medium range. :)

I tried a bite of hers once (Only once) just because I'm the curious type and have to taste just about everything.  It had no flavor and felt like sand in your mouth when you chew it.  Might as well eat your shoe.
