So pre heated to 550 burned off and let it settle to 250 . I ran it at 250 for about 45 mins . Pulled off ran it to 500. 2 mins per side. Looks a little over done but really buttery and moist. Ran it to medium IT. Did SPG Kosmos good but a little lo e salty will use less next one.

I've done a tomahawk ribeye, plain bone in ribeyes, NY strip steaks and have been pleased with all of them.
