I smoked a honey brined whole pork loin (not a tenderloin) and need to rewarm it. Do I use Foil in the over at 300-325 or rewarm on top of the stove covered?

Add an inch of chicken broth to a foil pan. Place the lion on a rack or anything that will keep it out of the broth.
Cover the pan tightly with foil and heat it in the oven to an internal temp of 125*.

And you're good to go.

Welcome to SMF!

I would reheat it in the oven - keep an eye on it as there is very little fat in a pork loin and it may want to dry out.
