All these gorgeous cooks going I had to join in.

Ya know a fella is a die hard BBQ nut, when he wakes up with pink eye in Amsterdam at 11PM CDT Last Night. Flies all day getting home to DFW. Drives straight the grocery store and buys steaks just to cookout.

Yep I’m just that kind of crazy! Two colleagues headed over so we’re gonna make it a great time with the family and friends.

By the way I found a BBQ joint in Hoofddorp north of Amsterdam but I was too scared to try it. I’ll include those pics here also.

Sorry, my colleagues got here and we started our jack@ssery while having libations. By the time we got around to the food being ready I failed the post cook pic test!

I’ll do better next time when it’s a planned and plotted cook. I hatched this cook on the way home from Amsterdam while looking at all the weekend’s gorgeous cooks. My Bride & daughter were driving home from Houston so no one was home to prep. Making this a throw it together cook!
