Nice cook on that steak !

Thanks so much!

I have to agree. Those look very appetizing. Just right for me.

Snow if pretty ... but I will wait until January for ours!

Thanks. I hope your snow holds off!

Jeez Disco, you're up there with snow and I'm crying that the pool is down to 76 and starting to get a bit chilly for swimming :emoji_wink: Meal looks spectacular though...as always. Those steaks look to die for. Perfectly cooked and just screaming at me to devour them. Excellent job sir.

Robert

Thanks, Robert! I have a golf game booked for Wednesday but it might be in jeopardy. Even if the snow melts, the predicted high is 4 C ( 39 F). We'll play in that but it will be a little crisp.

Nice looking plate for sure. Snow? already :emoji_astonished: you can have it. I use to like snow when I was a kid but that's because I didn't know any better.
Still have to say what an awesome cook.

Warren

Thanks, Warren! This isn't early snow for us but we usually don't get heavy snow until December. It makes everything look purdy!

Looks delicious Disco. Very cool drone pic also.

Thanks, but it isn't a drone pic, it is from my deck. I live on the side of a mountain!

Looks good Disco! Keep the snow up that way but send the tri tip down, I'll gladly accept that.

Sorry, the snow and steak are a package! Thanks!

They look just beautiful Disco! Very soothing indeed. Woke up to our first snow this morning also...I smiled and thought...be time to smoke some cheese soon!

Ryan

Thanks, Ryan. You have the right idea. Don't fight winter, enjoy it!

Nice work Disco! We have the "teens" forecast for later this week and I'm a thinking the white stuff will follow soon!

Thanks! When you said teens I was thinking hot! I keep getting messed up because you guys use Fahrenheit. 15 Celsius is 59 F.

The TT's look perfect Disco nice cook! Hard to find them around here hoping to get my hands on a couple more soon. Stay warm!

Thanks! I suggested a method of keeping warm to She Who Must Be Obeyed. Apparently I was wrong.

Looks fantastic Disco. Perfectly done.

Point for sure
Chris

Thanks for the point, Chris!

There's definitely something wrong here Disco. Your're in the mountains and just got snow yesterday and I'm in the foothills and have had about 4" on the ground for a week.
The meal looks delicious (just a "tad underdone" for my tastes, but perfect for you. I'm still waiting to see my first tr tip steak around here.

Looks like some mighty fine eats to me. Luckily no snow here yet but have a chance of rain\snow mix this upcoming Saturday.

Thanks so much! I hope you are safe in the inclement weather!

Well, BC is the banana belt of Canada, Gary. Kiss up to your butcher's posterior and he'll cut you a couple!

Looks great Disco, I also ran into those darn flakes cursing the U.P. Guess it’s time to get ready for more soon.
