Reverse sear ribeye

Got a new Pitboss 1100 a few weeks ago and thought I would try out the flame broiler function with a few Ribeyes. Smoked at 200* until 110 then cranked the heat and hit it for about a 45 sec a side. Mashed sweet potatoes and grilled corn as well, sure was tasty.

Looks great, smoked 2 16oz ribeyes on mine today at about 250, they were the grandson and mine,mamaw wanted hers cooked on the weber gasser, seared the smoked ones while I cooked hers til dead lol, wonderful smoke flavor, grandson loved the smoked ones the best
