Last pic I could get before my little carnivores chowed down, we had some shrimp (sorry no pics, gotta be quicker) with the steak and turned out great. It was a perfect medium rare. Thanks for lookin and onto the Tri tip tomorrow!! Gotta love BBQ, if not what's your problem ??? LOL

Thanks DJANGO, have a kickin' butcher shop about five miles away. Do business with them year round and they have the best local meats around. All I gotta do is season & fire up the grill. Thanks for the kind words, Justin !
