Reverse sear ribeye qview

Was feelin some ribeyes tonight and once you have had a smoked n seared ribeye.. nothing else will do!

simple black pepper and salt, smoked at 220 over hickory wood till IT reached 140.. then in the pan for 1:30 each side and rested for 10 minutes

Was absolutely beautiful



 
Great looking steaks!!!! The only way to cook them.

Cheers lads! Once you've had a reverse sear steak, cooked any other way just seems to taste a little.... plain

Again thankyou to this forum, id never heard of a reverse sear until being enlightened by the awesome people here
