With the weather in my area on Thursday expected to be nasty, I'd like to smoke a pile of turkey drumsticks in my electric smoker tomorrow and reheat them on Thanksgiving? What's the best way to reheat these so that they don't taste dried out?
An issue I may have is the Mrs. may be using our oven all afternoon at a high setting, so I'm not sure I'll be able to slowly reheat these, unless I really put up a battle. Anyway, all suggestions are appreciated, thanks and Happy Thansgiving!

Weather could be an issue for me as well but the wind will be out of the S/SW which'll keep the rain off the back of the house so I should be good.Controller gets covered with a tupperware and the thermometer transmitter into a zip-loc baggie just in case!

Do you have a Sous Vide circulator?
Otherwise vac packed & dropped in simmering water for an hour or so should do it. But the skin won’t be crispy.

No SV unit or way to Vac pack it (and no roaster)

Freezer zip lock bags in simmering water if can't vac seal. Try to get as much air out as possible or it will float, even with meat in it .
