Reheating and Hello

  1. I need to do some baby backs and chicken a day ahead of time. What the best method to cook (undercook,etc) and then reheat? Ill be smokingg the meat of course.

    As most will see, Im a first time poster but read alot. Ill get over to introduction section as soon as I have my rub finished and meat prepped. Thank you all for your wonderful posts.

    If you do the BB's 2-2-1, just do the 2-2, and do the 1 the next day.

    For the chicken you may want to just serve it sliced cold for sammies.
