whats the best way to reheat a rack of frozen ribs already smoked.. would appreciate any suggestions

If they're vacuum sealed place them thawed in a pot of cold water and bring to a simmer.

If you have a Sous Vide machine that is the way to go. Set thawed or frozen meat in the water bath at any temp you want and you don't lose any of the moisture or flavor. I have done this with Tri Tip, ribs. pulled pork and chicken and turns out great.
Check out the SV threads.

I might be late here, but I would just put them out on the counter to thaw, then on the gas grill a few minutes to heat and sometimes brush with sauce and let them dry off a bit to get sticky.

I usually slice mine before freezing. Then just pull out what I need and slow nuke them to the desired temp.

Good luck to you.
