Living in North Al. and love to grill. Just started trying/experimenting with new recipes. I have almost worn out my Char-Griller smoker I've had since 2004. Not sure on my next purchase yet, I do plan on a smaller kettle style for quick grilling to help extend the lifespan of my next smoker. I have stuck to the basic tried and true recipes mostly but ready to expand my mind and taste buds. I like what I have seen on this site so far and have tried a few things similar to some recipes here already with great results. Thanks in advance for all of your great tips, tricks, recipes and general knowledge!

Good morning and welcome to the forum from a partly cloudy day here in East Texas, and the best site on the web.

Lots of great people with tons of information on just about everything.
