Until today, I never had Tony's Creole Butter injectable merinade. I saw a bottle marked down to 2 dollars at Walmart the other day, so I got it. <It was the last of the lot and looked like it had been scuffed up but no real damage>.
Well..I smoked a bone in butt and this might be the most tender pulled pork I ever had. The marinade makes a huge difference in upping the savoury. Do people directly add the marinade over the pulled product?
