I liked the topic on "value wines". While at my daughters Napa, California wedding those wines were quite varied. Very nice stuff but I'm not enough of a connoisseur to spend $60-80.00 a bottle except for one which we brought home.
On the other hand, I was in the local spirits shop a few weeks ago and the proprietor suggested trying this. Very nice medium red and my wife found the cheese at trader joes. The cheese is tasty and I figured the next improvement comes with smoking it. So I did.... I'll let you know in 3 weeks
