Hey all,

Just wanted to drop by and say Hi.  I've been smoking for about 8 years and competing for 7.  I'm always looking to learn more about our craft.  I live in NW PA.  I've cooked on a variety of cookers, but my current arsenal is a Backwoods Piglet, 270 Smoker, a Traeger Lil' Tex and an Oklahoma Joe trailer smoker (currently up for sale).
