Rec Tech RT-340 or GMG Daniel Boone

Looking at a smaller pellet grill to compliment by cabinet smoker when doing smaller smokes. They have the GMG at the local Ace, Rec Tech I can see only on line. Quality wise, is there one better than the other. Currently also have Weber 18' and 22" kettles, liked the idea of Wi-Fi as I can do smokes while working on my little farm without having to tend the grill as much.

I went with the RT340 and do not regret it one bit.

I have done 8 cooks in it and everyone has been fantastic.

Customer service is fantastic.

I was at this crossroad this past November with the RT and GMG. The SS body, great reviews and wifi sold me on the rec tec. I have used it a bunch since then and it works like a charm. Great flavor and smoke.

No regrets...
