I am thinking about getting the rec tec trailblazer 340 and wonder if anyone knows how many racks of baby back ribs I can fit with their small shelf. The website says 3 without the shelf. 90% of the time I only need 2 maybe 3 racks, but we do have guests over once in awhile where I would need 4 racks. Thank you in advance.

I don't own that grill but for an extra rack or so of ribs, a Rib Rack is a great addition. You remove the little grate and fill the rib rack. Check dimensions to see what fits. There are hundreds of brands and styles...JJ
