It's a very detailed and informative little book. I had no idea there were so many kinds of Oak! The reason I got it is because a neighbor has a friend who owns a few wooded acres and she said I could have anything that was down. She says she thinks there is some Pecan [emoji]128512[/emoji]. I want to try identifying by bark. We're supposed to go out there this weekend to check it out. Can't wait...At least you will get useful information from the Eastern Section guidebook; I have one, but moving westward, most of the eastern trees start dropping off somewhere in Arkansas......the Western Section trees don't start for a ways...I guess this is why they call Oklahoma the grasslands prairie.............
