Okay everyone I have just finished my first 2 racks of spare ribs. If you can believe it, I actually have leftovers. So now what is the best way to reheat these bad boy's.

try not to drool on your keyboards

The wife just puts them in a pyrex baking dish w/lid and adds a little liquid. Places them in a 250* oven until warm. Just my .02 worth.

I have put them in a gallon ziplock bag, opened in the corner, and heated them up in the microwave with great results.

I've never had a problem with the bones getting too hot. Doesn't take long for the meat to heat up to a good eating temperature.

that sounds pretty simple. I was looking for a simple reheat I could do at work, either in a toaster oven, or the microwave.

If I'm at work I nuke em in a ziplock, If I'm home I add a tiny bit of finishing sauce and a tiny bit more rub, and tiny bit more juice wrap then in foil and heat em up.

Just eat 'em cold, thats what I do!
Throw them in the microwave for 10-15 seconds just to take the chill off.
You can really taste the meat and smoke flavors this way!

cut 2 per, nuke fer 2 mins(covered w/ waxpaper or paper towel)eat...easy enough.... if ya took hours to smoke them, no matter what ya do - the nuker just ain't the same - yer just basically avoiding the splatterfest.

I find if you use the microwave heat at a medium setting.
That way it heats up a little more gentler[kinda like low & slow]

Now there's an idea... a microwaver smoker

..smokes low and slow in about 3 minutes

.. DING!!

I have just re-heated em by putting them on the gass grill till warm .......... pretty simple, takes a couple of minutes, and they taste great ..............

Well everyone, a few days ago I tried the microwave and the large ziplock bag to reheat the ribs, and it worked out great. The ribs were juicy, and tasted great. Not as good as fresh out of the smoker, But still very tasty.

Thanks for all of the great advice
