I've had a rack of spare's marinating since friday night "that would be july 11" just put em in the freezer, will they still be good by sunday?

I wouldn't touch em with my mean neighbor's fork.

even though they've been refrigerated the whole time? sorry for the constant Q's

They're probably just fine but why take that kind of chance? Life is just too short !! If I'm goin' to get sick I'd rather it was from too much single malt scotch!!

Do they smell bad? And what do they look like? What did you marinade in?

They may be just fine, Just be careful. If they smell ok, look ok, then just rinse them. You will be ok!!!

Man I don't know, a little long for my liking. If the marinade was an olive oil base with a lot of salt in it maybe but a little too iffy for me. I'd chuck it.

Dirtman-I wouldn't chance it, and this is coming from an old butcher/meatcutter. Even if the marinade was acid based I wouldn't keep it. But then the acid in an acid based marinade will "cook" the meat in 3-4 days.

Texas-Hunter, thanks for sharing that cold storage chart.

Toss and learn! We all mess up, its been almost 7 months since my last mistake!
