Ran out of jalapenos

So I got everything ready to make a few logs of venison summer sausage this weekend and just realized I'm short on dehydrated jalapenos.

Wondering if mixing in either fresh chopped or canned jalapenos with the dehydrated ones I have will mess things up?

I always use canned or chopped from a jar . Never any issues for me .

I drain and even rinse the vinegar out when using canned diced. I don't want the acidity from the vinegar they are packed in messing with my sausage. Before you comment, yeah, I know how that can be taken in ways I didn't mean it lol.

S204, I add one jar of Mt.Olive diced japenos for every 10 pounds of meat. It doesn't overpower the flavors of my SS.
