I smoked my first one several months ago and it turned out good so I smoked another one today. Dusted heavy with Greek seasoning with another layer of Killer Hogs BBQ seasoning. This time I fired off my favorite stick burner Ole Big Bertha! She rolled that Black Wild Cherry smoke at a steady 250 until an internal temperature of 148. Turned out good again. Juicy and tender.
