Can't wait to see how this all maple burn turns out. Nice day out so fired up the smoker, tossed the meat of first tho and do have drip pan just not in pic little extra virgin olive oil then some rub. Hopefully the oil doesn't burn on there or anything. I'd like to get some peanut oil. Rubed about 30 minutes before was debating if it was going to rain. Being just north of Portland Oregon we get a lot of it lol. I'll get up some more pics

Pic was token few minutes after starting fire, so no wasted time getting up to temp

Oh ok. Hopefully it doesn't fill my fb with ash like the apple did lol

Used to look like this before first 10 minutes firing it up lol
Oh man I love that little cooker, nice job, and I love the yard, a real mans place.
Wish my yard looked that good, but the boss says no! LOL
I didn't think it was that little lol. It's about 60 gallon. 3 racks and 6 nuts on roof for hanging.

Making flowing for exuast. And I flipped the angle over on this rack. Made a mistake doing middle rack but it will be ok. I just pressure wash the rack every now and then. Haven't yet. I've got a river down below that the drip pans are getting cleaned in. Thinking about taking the pressure washer down there and cleaning the racks

I used some black Rutland silicon from BBQ shop and stuff is junk. Need to redo it in a few spots. Acetoned the metal surface too.

If u liked the front yard u will really like the backyard. I can get to the top of that mt. In under 10 minutes on my 500
