Greetings from Australia.
I have been smoking on a Weber Kettle for a while and have recently sourced 2 propane tanks for free and will be attempting to build an offset.

One of the tanks have a diameter of 14.44" and a length of 39".
The other has a diameter of 14.96" and a length of 34".

Im leaning towards the longer of the 2 for the cook chamber since there is little difference in the diameter. Would this be the best option?
