Questions on brats

Sometimes . I made sausage Mon, Tues , Weds , this week and used beer in the Phiily cheese brats , and the German bologna . . I use wine in all the Italian I make . White or red .

I made my beer brats this even! I think I did ok for first time doing it but did have a few blow outs so restuffed those... For some reason I had to twist the links a second time cause they didn't stay twisted. I have them in the freezer to get them froze before I vacuum seal them. My new drill works awesome too

Wow, some nice looking links there fella!They sure seem to stay straight with no curl, I have no idea how you do that. What kind of stuffer are you using? RAY
 
Looks to me that he has cologen casings . That's why the didn't stay twisted .

The lem big bite 10 pound stuffer. I can only get about 3 feet worth of casings on my tube
