Q Views on new site

While I've done a number of Qviews, I haven't done one yet on the new site. I tried earlier and just can't figure out how to insert images from my PC. Used to have an "add image" button but now if I click the insert button on the tool bar, there's no option to upload a photo into the text box. If I click on the picture icon, it wants a URL address. WHen I click on the camera icon, it just lists the images from my past posts.

I'm confused...any step by step help out there??

What about clicking the camera icon?

My screen shows a bar for loading a file . I use that and that camera has my media I can use
