Q-View Extravaganza!!

Folks,

I think it's time for a little Q-view. I was looking back through some pics in my meatsmoking folder. I came across a folder that did not indicate what was smoked or when. After I looked at the pics, I remembered that I posted them on another forum I belong to at DSLReports.com. Those folks were talking about food, so I posted these pics and a lot of computers shorted out from un-abated drool.

I think it would be fun if you all would go through your pics and pick 3 or 4 finished products or "Picture Plates" and post them. My looking back on these reminded my of stuff that we haven't had for a while. Are you game? I'll go first.

great idea meowey - as i have oodles of documented smokes since i finally got a digicam. here's a couple from the old $29.00 cr*pper grill and a couple things i haven't done in a while. and pork shoulder w/ pears. the 1st are cornish hens,brats,& dogs for the kids.

cheech i got the recipe from len poli's web site it is a great site and has a lot of recipes here is the link http://home.pacbell.net/lpoli/index.htm

you can go to his site and get recipes for all kinds of sausage recipes this one i like a lot and the ring bologna is great

I've made serveral of LenPoli sausages and they are one of the best for recipes. Still looking for the right Hard Salami though. I'm making sausage today. will post later.
