Here is a little of what I did Saturday. 5lb pork shoulder with jeffs rub. I put it on at 11am and then foiled it when it reached 160 at 4pm. Run it up to 200 and pulled away. Also made coleslaw and potato salad to go with it. My wife said the Q was better than our local bbq joint. WOHOOO!! Success!! Oh, the inlaws enjoyed it also. Sorry for the cell phone pics. It's just so darn convenient.
