Decided to show the kettle some low and slow love today and cook a pork shoulder. I cooked this one using the trusty snake method. Used kingsford with a mix of hickory and pecan wood. I tried a different seasoning method than I usually use and coated it with S.P.O.G. Cooked right at 11hrs at 250. Turned out great. I also got to test out my new Inkbird 4 probe I purchased last week, thanks again Inkbirdbbq Inkbirdbbq !!Hope everyone has a good week. Thanks for stopping by!!
