Too much going on this weekend to smoke anythign, but I did save some of the pulled pork I did last weekend with plans for some nachos for today while watching the Ravens game. I decided to add a menu item when I picked up some spring roll wrappers in Chinatown yesterday along with some chinese bbq sauce. I also had some shrimp lying around, so i boiled them off, and made some spring rolls with them as well.
still did nachos with pulled pork, these were pretty darn good
I liked both the shrimp, and pulled pork spring rolls equally, really good, and popping with flavor, also really light and fresh.
