Had to give these a try and they did not disappoint! I put pepper jack in them and Served them up with a bit of sauce on the side.
I will be making these again. Thanks for the idea

Ohh man! I ended up doing these for dinner tonight some with chipolte sauce and some bbq both with extra sharp cheddar and they were phenomenal! Thank you and chille rellano for the awesome idea!

To be honest, me and the lady both preferred the chipotle over the bbq, both were great though. Next time ill throw a little of each in them
