i picked up 2 pork butts at GFS for 25 bucks, weighing 17 pounds all together. so i thought id make some PP with them..

right out of the package

going to start them tonight about 9 pm , then they should be done in the morning some time ,put in cooler then time to pull.im going to run them at about 225-250 deg  anyone see any problems with that?

Im not seeing them. Try using just the IMG ones.
 


they turned out awesome!!! soo good....PP tacos for dinner tomorrow!!!
