Fire Starter
In light of not holding back here it is pulled pork once again, it so easy and yet so tasty. It makes a great compliment to a telecommute day, just sit back and let it go...for the most part.
The only pork I had on hand was a ham roast and it worked out pretty well, it is most tasty.
The first picture is from my food stylist, errr wife.
After a couple hours, mad shrinkage already.
After being pulled.
One more for good measure.
