Pork was at wrap time in the pic. Mac and the chestnuts both done on the smoker. The chestnuts are actually pretty tasty. It’s also something different.

That looks really good.
I do all my Mac-n-Cheese on the smoker with at least 1 stir to blend the smoke flavor.
I can honestly say I have never had a chestnut.

It’s the only way for Mac for me lol The chestnuts are actually pretty good

Man that looks good, we LOVE roasted chestnuts at our house……never had them smoke roasted but might have to change that!
